Centre stand and side stand for your Sachs moped - in original length or as an extended version
If the side or main stand on your moped no longer folds back on its own or is not correctly positioned after folding in, the stand spring may be worn out or even broken. You can of course get a suitable replacement from us. Even if the entire kickstand on your moped is bent, defective or severely corroded, you can find high-quality parts for a replacement here. We have suitable side and main stands of outstanding quality for all Sachs mopeds in our range. Pleasingly uncomplicated: mounting the main or side stand on your Sachs 503 moped
Regardless of whether a side or main stand is extended or has the standard length, installation is usually relatively straightforward. Side stands and main stands are attached to the bottom of the moped frame with just a few screws. One problem could be screws that are very tight due to corrosion and decades of stress. In this case, you should first treat them with penetrating oil to make them easier to loosen. The new centre stand or side stand on your Sachs moped must of course be tightened with a decent torque so that the fastening screws do not come loose again by themselves. To be on the safe side, you can also use Loctite or another threadlocker when installing the kickstand on your Sachs moped.
